In Greene County magistrate court a case was initiated Aug. 25 against Colton Lee Duke Pulver of Coon Rapids on a charge of public intoxication. Judgment was entered Aug. 27 for time served, and Pulver paid a $48 sheriff’s fee and $60 court costs.
A case was initiated against Daniel Karl Krog of Vincent on a charge of public intoxication.
Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week ending Aug. 29 as follows: Amanda Marie Brown of Jefferson, operation without registration plate or card, $50; and *Daniel Karl Krog of Vincent, failure to maintain control, $100.

Failure to wear/maintain safety belts, $50: *Caleb Christopher Byerly of Churdan and Jessica Amber Montoya of Jefferson.
Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): Levi Eugene Dawson of Bagley, failure to maintain control, paid $100 fine, judgment entered for $35 surcharge and $60 court costs; *Nathan Kyle Woods of Ankeny, speed, $80; Ashna M. Grife of Scranton, failure to prove security against financial liability, $250; and Pdero Villela of Webster City, no valid driver’s license, $200.
The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.
